When you make impact a part of your life, it only increases your appetite to do more things that matter. I know when I started adding value to others, it became an obsession, in the best sense of the word. The more I did, the I became intentional about finding other opportunities.
A butterfly cannot turn back into a caterpillar.
When you start living a life of impact, and you get a taste for making a difference, you won't go back.
And the impact you leave will outlive you. By being an active part of your story, and being intentional about making a difference, you can choose your legacy. In John Maxwell's book, The Leadership Handbook, he says "people will summarize your life in one sentence. Pick it now." This is an incredible opportunity. Today, you and I can decide to live a life that matters, and do work that matters. This will impact how we will be remembered after we are gone.
"I want to make a difference, doing something that makes a difference, with people who make a difference, at a time that makes a difference."
Live a legacy.
